Our messaging program is operated in compliance with applicable law and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and our business messaging is registered under the carriers’ Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC framework.

By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by submitting a form that includes messaging consent, texting us first, or checking a consent box), you agree to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Lawn Theory at the number provided. - No sharing of consent or opt-in data. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information as follows:
- Service providers. With vendors who perform services for us—such as hosting, CRM/scheduling, call tracking, payment processing, email/SMS delivery, and analytics—bound by contract to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us;

As stated in Section 4, SMS opt-in and consent data is never shared with third parties for marketing.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze usage, and support advertising and remarketing. This may include tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and call-tracking scripts. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through cookie/consent banners. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.
