- 18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders

Lawn Care & Landscape Crew Member

Hardscape & Outdoor Living Installer

Account / Project Manager
100% commission-based role — earn 15% on every project you manage
A fully commission-based role for a driven closer — no cap on what you can earn. Own client relationships from first walkthrough to final invoice: quote projects, close estimates, and keep clients thrilled.
- Sales or customer-service background
- Strong communicator, self-motivated closer
- Local to Northern Virginia, reliable transportation
- Comfortable with CRM and follow-up
